The annual European Christmas festival takes place in December

The festival "European Christmas", organized by  "Latvijas Koncerti", will take place from 9-29 December, inviting the audience to find and experience the special Christmas mood. The festival will feature music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, Johannes Brahms, and other classics, as well as jazz and traditional Christmas arrangements. The concerts will feature internationally renowned artists - the Latvian Radio Choir, Sinfonietta Riga Chamber Orchestra, Raimonds Pauls, Daumants Kalniņš, Latvian Radio Big Band, Georgijs Osokins, and others. The youngest audience members will be delighted by an exciting musical performance for children "The Story of the Coffee Bean".
